Stunties – Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to Stunties, a global platform dedicated to professional stunt performers, production teams, and entertainment industry partners.
By accessing or using the Stunties mobile application (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country)

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines

2. Description of the Service

Stunties provides:

  • A professional stunt performer directory

  • News, castings, and industry opportunities

  • Direct messaging

  • A worldwide stunt register

  • A marketplace for digital stunt-related services

  • Community map and networking features

  • Access to a shop for merchandise and products

  • Contact & support channels

Features may be updated, removed, or expanded at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use key features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to update your information if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

  • Any activity conducted through your account

  • Notifying us immediately in case of unauthorized access

Stunties is not liable for damages arising from compromised accounts.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Impersonate any person, brand, or entity

  • Upload harmful content (viruses, malware, scripts)

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Post violent, hateful, or inappropriate content

  • Use the App to engage in illegal activities

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.

5. Professional Content Standards

Stunties is a professional platform.
You agree that any content you share (photos, videos, reels, profile information, project details) must:

  • Be your original creation or properly licensed

  • Respect others’ privacy, safety, and intellectual property

  • Accurately represent your skills and experience

We may remove any content that violates these standards.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload.
However, by using the App, you grant Stunties a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content within the App
    Only for purposes related to your use of the platform.

6.2 Stunties Content

All branding, graphics, logos, software, and designs belong to Stunties or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Marketplace & Payments

For transactions made through the Stunt Marketplace:

  • Stunties acts as an intermediary platform only

  • Users (buyers and sellers) are solely responsible for fulfilling services

  • Stunties may charge commissions on transactions

  • Refunds and disputes must follow the specific Marketplace Policy

Stunties is not responsible for:

  • The quality of services delivered

  • Deadlines or performance between users

  • Losses linked to transactions outside the platform

8. Safety Disclaimer

Stunt work involves inherent physical risks.
Stunties:

  • Does not verify or certify the physical ability, safety training, or competence of users

  • Is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from professional activities organized outside the App

Always follow industry-standard safety protocols.

9. Community Map & Location Features

If you choose to enable location services:

  • Your location may be used to display nearby events, users, or filming areas

  • You are responsible for ensuring you do not share sensitive or confidential locations
    We do not guarantee the accuracy of location-based data.

10. Messaging & Communication

Users must:

  • Not send spam, solicitations, or abusive messages

  • Respect privacy and confidentiality

Stunties may monitor or remove communications that violate platform rules.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may link to:

  • Payment services

  • External websites

  • Cloud storage

  • Industry tools

Stunties is not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your activity threatens the safety or integrity of the platform

  • Required by law

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

13. Limitation of Liability

Stunties is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted access

  • Absence of errors or bugs

  • Complete security against unauthorized access

Stunties is not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Financial losses

  • Service interruptions

  • Actions of other users

Your use of the App is at your own risk.
